Information: Date(s): Sunday, October 18 | 3-4:30 PM; Location: Open Doors Yoga Studios | 13 Main St. Taunton MA 02780; Cost: $40; Yoga goes far deeper than our physical practice, and so do we.

Beneath our physical bodies, there are layers of breath, thought, emotion, intuition, and something deeper, each shaping the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.

In this yoga + watercolor workshop, we’ll explore the 5 Koshas, moving inward through each layer with movement, guided reflection, and meditation. You’ll be invited to slow down, notice what’s present, and translate your experience onto the page through color, shape, texture, and movement, not painting something you see, but something you feel.

No artistic experience necessary. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and a willingness to explore what lies within.

48-hour cancellation policy applies; Link: Click here to check out this classes and other classes at our Taunton location
